The By very popular demand, I have decided to launch my special Sikh Wedding Gurdwara Only Package.
As well as being asked regularly to Coordinate and to be Master of Ceremonies for both the Gurdwara and Reception. I am also often booked for Gurdwara Only.
I am also available to start at the Grooms house, as there is often lot of coordination involved.
I will manage the whole process from you, and ensure it is all stress free, enjoyable and memorable for a lifetime.

Hope you are well
Apologies for the delay we have been on the go since the wedding and currently traveling for our honeymoon But please here is a review of your services
Jonathan was our hero who came to the rescue when miscommunication occurred with previous toastmaster, and within my first phone call 2 days before my big day I felt relaxed!
He gave suggestions to keep the reception flowing and asked me questions I didn't even think of! This is when you know you have a professional well experienced toastmaster.
His excitement made the lead up to the wedding even more calmer.
Jonathan followed up on all point of contacts literally as soon as he received all documentation!
I felt soo nervous on my wedding day as being from a traditional family no one had used a toastmaster but I wanted my wedding to be different and with a groom side traveling from Essex to Wolverhampton timing was key! Boy did he deliver!
Having a WhatsApp group of all suppliers was an integral part for everything to run smoothly!
My fairytale wedding came true! Jonathan was entertaining, professional and understood my needs not only for a Sikh gurdwara wedding-the religious aspect but for a big 600 guest reception.
Absolutely amazing day!!

The Gurdwara
This is a very in depth package, which includes, working with the clients from day one, putting together the whole schedule, booking of White Horses, Cars, Dhol Drummers, Coaches and Transport and Band Baja if required. I will do all of the back end Coordination and fine tuning. I will speak with hair and make up artists in order to ensure they are arrive at the brides house or residence on time and do not overrun, I will speak with Photographers and Videographers in order to ensure they arrive at the brides residence at the correct time for bridal prep and take detail shots, I will ensure the bride leaves her residence on time and will arrive at the Gurdwara as per the time plan. I will speak with the Grooms side, in order to ensure he leaves his house on time, his car will arrive at his residence on time, make sure Dhol drummers / White Horses/ Band Baja will arrive on time and be ready. Ensure Coaches leave their destination giving enough time to arrive as per the timetable at the Gurdwara.
At the Sikh Gurdwara, I will assemble both families. Lead the Baarat, even dance and lead the Baarat if appropriate, announce Milni's, grooms side into breakfast and then followed by brides side, usher guests to the hall to be seated, coordinate the groom's entrance and then followed by brides entrance, following this I will ensure everyone lined up for Shagan and will give promptly and then if the reception is following get everyone out and into their vehicles or onto there coaches as soon as possible. The bride and groom will then have Dholi and other blessings and lots more.
Liasing with the Catering team at the venue in order to advise them that guests are on there way.
The Reception
Why not utilize my special services at the reception, and take stress out of your whole day and evening, I will make all announcements, bring direction, schedule, greet all guests into reception, special and memorable touches. I also recommend a number of games and special touches to keep the event memorable. I also have options to go until the very end of the Event, and make this part extra special for the bride and groom or other, with last dance circles, special last dance and speech, sparklers and more. I will keep everything running to time working with the rest of the team and make your reception memorable.
I am available for all Gurdwara including Gravesend, Southall, Birmingham, Southampton, Ealing, Hounslow, Manchester, Glasgow, Ilford and lots more.
